What you are looking at is a sizzling plate of BBQ chicken and java rice from Toppings Too in Union City. This is that Filipino stuff that my mama never made. I have no clue what that creamy gravy sauce drizzled over the chicken but I think I love it. The pickled atchara isn't my favorite, probably because there is no papaya in it, but how I still ate it all. The rest of the plate....well, that was going to be my dinner because there is not way I could finish that. I like to eat...but not that much!
